Hubdoc: Manage bills and receipts for small businesses

I work freelance on the side as an accountant. One issue many small business clients have with record keeping is keeping track of invoices and receipts. It's a challenge, especially if you are on business trips regularly. However, using the right software can make managing receipts easier and save significant time when reimbursing expenses, processing VAT, or during a company audit.

  • You can email invoices directly to Hubdoc from your email inbox.
  • Hubdoc will automatically learn and scan receipts and fill in fields such as date, amount, and VAT for you, reducing errors. 
  • It's quick and easy to search for receipts based on the amount, date, supplier name etc, and download them. This has been a lifesaver when managing audits. Much quicker than going into the company accounts in the accounting software to search for the transaction.
