Gratitude Diary Day 36: Serviced offices

We recently moved into a new office block. The exterior and the offices look rather impressive. But, unfortunately, the support offered by the staff could be better. There is little training for the team, and although they are usually polite, they are generally unable to resolve any problems in the building. It's a real shame to see a listed company operating this way. Why can't our customer service in the UK be more like Japan?

Day 36: I am grateful for the sunny day and nice view to work today. And I am glad that today's hard work went smoothly.
