Naturally Increase Testosterone and other goody Hormones to help with Fitness Training

If you are doing weight training and trying to get into shape then getting to know your hormones may be more important than previously thought. It is rather surprising that people don't usually consider them as much. 

I came across this video giving tips on how to naturally boost your testosterone and growth hormone??


This was more fun to learn than anticipated. I have not confirmed the scientific validity of these suggestions, more research is needed. Nevertheless, this is an interesting area to read more about and here is my notes from this video:

To improve testosterone level - 
- Fat helps to increase testosterone level.
- Having more sex helps.

Growth hormone -
- Get good amount (8 hours) of sleep.
- 16 hours of fasting (pushing breakfast back) can help, by delaying insulin production.
