3 Common Beginner Workout Mistakes


Continuing with my research on the topic of muscle building and exercise, here is another great video for beginners from Mike Chang.


According to him, there are the 3 common mistakes that beginners usually make. 
  1. Workout for too long (should not do more than 30 minutes to 1 hour).
  2. Using only isolation movements (machines meant for shaping definition) instead of doing compound exercises.
  3. Blindly copying others' routines rather than focusing on what you really need.
I have to confess I have actually made all 3 mistakes! :( Well, that is why we need to learn about the subject.
